Unbolt the motor from the frame. |

Turn the pump head towards you. You will notice 4 screws, take them out. |

Remove the black pump head. |

Remove the check-valve. |
| 5. |
On the check-valve is the seal ring, remove it. |
| 6. |
Remove the screen to make sure it is clean in behind. It would be a good idea to rinse everything out with water.
Note:
It is not necessary to put the screen back in, only if you wish. |

Insert the new seal ring into the check-valve. |
| 8. |
Insert the new check-valve into the pump head. At this point the inside should face flush. |
| 9. |
Place the pump head back on the motor and replace the screws. Make sure you reassemble the hoses to the correct
fitting. Then replace the whole unit on the frame as it was before you started. |
| 10. |
It may on occasion happen that you will not get an immediate prime due to the check-valve and seal ring being dry.
Put your inlet tube up the tap and force water through to the pump, this should help prime it. |
